Qualification Details:

Post Name	Qualification
Manager (Marketing)	Candidates must have passed MBA in Marketing or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University with 05 years of experience in the Marketing field.
Manager (Production/ P and I)	Candidates must have passed full-time 04 years degree in Dairy Technology/Food Technology or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University and have 8 years of field experience in Production/Processing in a Liquid Milk Plant or Milk Products Manufacturing Plant, of which at least 05 years of experience should be of supervisory capacity in a Milk Plant.
Assistant Manager (QC)	Candidates must have passed 04 years of full-time degree in Dairy Technology/ Food Technology or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University with having at least 05 years of experience in Production/Processing /Testing in a liquid Milk Plant or Milk Products Manufacturing Plant. (or) Candidates must have passed M.Sc.(Dairying) in Dairy Chemistry/Dairy Microbiology or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University with 03 years of field experience in the Quality Control Laboratory of a Dairy Plant.
Assistant Manager (P&I)	Candidates must have passed a full-time 04 years degree in Dairy Technology/ Food Technology or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University with at least 05 years of experience in Production/Processing/Testing in a liquid Milk Plant or Milk Products manufacturing Plant.
Computer Programmer	Candidates must have passed MCA/ B.Tech. (Computer Science) or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Plant Engineer	Candidates must have passed a Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University with having at least one year’s experience in repair and maintenance of machinery & equipment in a Milk Processing/Milk Products manufacturing Plant. (or) Candidates must have passed a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University with having 03 years of experience in repair and maintenance of machinery & equipment in a Milk Processing/Milk Products manufacturing Plant. (or) Candidates must have passed a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engg. followed by Diploma in Dairy Engg or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University with at least 02 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment in a Milk Processing/Products manufacturing Plant.
